A showcase of how Southern California’s art museums are shaping culture while facing the climate crisis.
Art museums and cultural institutions are vital centers for community, culture, and care across Southern California. In a region facing record-breaking high temperatures, prolonged drought, and intensifying wildfires, what does it mean for our museums to be a part of a climate resilient future? LHL Consulting recently worked with more than 40 cultural institutions in the region as part of a first of its kind Climate Impact Program for Getty’s landmark arts initiative, PST ART.
For this special evening, co-directors of the Climate Impact Program Laura Lupton (CEO of LHL Consulting) and Debra Scacco (Artist) will share key findings and select stories from the initiative, followed by an open Q&A and refreshments.
